I'm more afraid of tarantula's then other spiders...shock
The Bird Eating Spider is pretty scary...The Male is the main spider that dies most of the time...When it has to mate, the Female tries to eat it, but the Male has these special restraints that it locks onto the Females fangs with to stop it from eating it..
..Are those spiders Native to Florida? Or do they only live in the South American places...🤨

i like nspiders but personally i'd get a pet lizard, i love lizards
Even a 4.5" Tarnatula can easily attack and eat a lizard, without any harm to itself.
infect, its aprt of there "occasional" diet, seeing as Mice and lizards feed it for about 3-4 months, pinky mice 1-2 months, and Crickets 2-3 days.
When iw as going threw the lists of comon starter species, I noticed the "Brazilian Black Tranatula".
Jet black, and a "show spider" Like all / most New World Spiders it has those darmned Chemical hairs (Almost like FiberGlass Projectiles, infects eyes, mouth, lungs) But they are docile. (its a Trade off, New World Spiders have he hairs, but are docile, while Asian / Indian Spiders are aggrssive, nervous, and venomous.
Anyways I was looking for mroe pictures of the Brazilian black, and Found this one (shown below) I'm sorry, but a rearing Spider about to attack is just beautiful.

Good to see you've done your homework before going through with this.
yeah, I was looking threw all the lists of species, there character / personality traits, nutrition, Decoration for habitat (arboreal, terrestial or Borrowing)
How much web they spin, Size, and how long the femalse live.
(Always go for females, they are bigger and live longer, Depending on species, 10 - 30 years)
Plus, they molt. Like a snake, But usually ounce a year.
