Well She-Hulk arm wrestled Herc and let Herc beat her it was very plain.
Although it was probably the weaker Mortal Herc who is no where near what he was in strength.

Not too long ago in her solo series, She-Hulk did get an upgrade in her strength. She lifted the Thing's maximum weight with one arm and it was also implied that she was stronger than Mortal Hercules.

Well, the suit didn't make her stronger. It helped her control her new strength level.
