Superman_045, can I ask how old you are? From my experience I know that a lot of these projects don't actually end up going anywhere. From the posts I've read you seem to lack a total structure to what you are doing. You must have a beginning middle and end.
If you own a few manga's take a more closer look at them. Mark down who are the main characters and their traits. Look to see how the creator introduced characters into the plot and when he did it. For instance take Fullmetal Alchemist. It is wonderfully crafted as there is a reoccurring of characters but it happens so naturally. Plus the plot is never fully revealed, the reader is always kept in suspense.
