Yeah well as shown in Ultimate X-Men, Wolverine cant really use his claws against Gambit. But also shown in Ultimate X-men, it apparently dosent matter.

alot. His Shield is an extension of his body and therefor it has ALOT to do with his reflexes.

Does it somehow make his reflexes faster? Let me guess: No, it does not. It has a lot to do with his defense and it enables him to block projectiles and even increases his offensive abilities quite much, but heck, it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with his reflexes.

This is a pretty good fight. It can last a while. Gambit just better hope Cap doesnt get close. He may be a slight notch below Cap in the agility department, but that doesnt help him much when it comes down to h2h. Gambit is no slouch, but hes not on par with Cap. Cap wins 7/10.

Captain getting closed probably wouldn't be such a bad thing charging Cap's costume is viable.

#1 I can't believe this thread has gone as long as it has.

#2 I can't believe that there is actually 15 people on the planet let alone on this site...that truly believe that Gambit can hang with Cap with both going all out for more than 1 min.

#3 All of you who do actually believe that Gambit could win 1/1,000,000 your mom is calling and your Mac 'N' Cheese is getting cold.

#4 There is quite a big diference between bullets (plural) traveling at 3500ft per sec and Gambit throwing his charged cards at what lets say on the extremely high side 100mph (which I don't believe he can do) this is truly a no contest at every angle.

Reason why i give Cap a better edge than DD is because Cap's weapon is much much better than any billyclub or anything Daredevil can find to use against Gambit. Also, Captain is more durable than DD as well. Cap wears a chainmail whereas DD's costume has bits of metallic fiber in it.

Who do i think would win between Cap and DD? If both were fighting to win, id say DD 6/10. Only because Matt would use tactics that Cap wouldnt due to him being a good soldier boy.

i think cap could wipe the floor with gambit

Daredevil is also a heavyweight champ among the ranks of Cap. Why do you think Cap was practically begging for Matt to joint the New Avengers? There arent many street levelers that can "wax" Daredevil in Marvel. Hell, i dont even think there are any street level characters that can wax DD. Cap certainly isnt one of them if there are. DD would beat him just as hed beat DD.
