Except QF is combined with Hawkman, which means he's certain to die and be reincarnated as another version of Hawkman at least three times before he could pull off the speed-blitzard. By the time he gets done fighting your own teammates each time he "meets you for the first time," the battle will be over.

Since Clint won't be seen as a threat by the Authority powerhouses, he'll be delivering one sucker punch after another as the outnumbered Authority members fight with his "more dangerous" temmates.

Dizzle: Vibranium arrow and Broadhead simultaneously. His swords dissolve as he tries to (otherwise successfully) parry and the second arrow takes out his voicebox. (Sorry, D.)

Grey fox: Net+ two shock arrows, (since with Marv, it'll take two)

Scoobless: The "Ultron Killer" adamantium tipped with enough electricity to KO the Abomination even when set to "Stun"

Khellendros: Burst of Pym particles. See you when you get back from the microverse.

DigiMark: Knockout gas.

TheKhan: He'll just take him out for a night of pool, babes, and beer. After the Khan's amalgam get's laid, his Rorshach half will finally relax and stop being such a hardass all the time, and the Lobo half will just keep right on carousing unti long after the fight is over.
