So basically Wolverine is gets an unbreakable skeleton but at the cost of an addition 100lbs of weight? Yea, he's screwed. He'd do better without it, imo. All it will do is slow him down and there is still a very long list of soft tissue attacks that could take him down sans a healing factor.

Cap knows just about every martial art there is, he basis his form of fighting on about 5. Basic doesnt mean worse, it just means easier to use.
