as for Fedor, i don't think he will leave Affliction EVER. he has it made right now. He has ALL rights to his fight footages. that means if Affliction ever advertises his fights, he gets paid no matter what.

I think it is safe to say that the EliteXC event last Saturday was clearly not a good as ELiteXC hoped for. Less than half the total number of tickets available for the event sold and the UFC 84 replay drew more people in the 18-34 demographic. Does anyone know the fight payouts for the event because I wondering how much of a profit they made.

Now they got an even bigger place (20,000 seats) for their next event. That doesnt seem smart at all. They better advertised the hell out of that show.

Thats quite a predicament, lol. I dont think Tito would sign with EliteXc because theres no money to be made. I think in the end they'll try to rely on Kimbo's drawing viewers and try to use him more often in their events.

EliteXC needs to start filling the arenas or they may be in danger of bankruptcy and on a similar note does anyone know what the payouts were for the Affliction ppv because i heard they over payed a lot of their fighters.

I also herd that Jesse Taylor has been dropped from the UFC for two reasons. One is that he might not be going to his alcoholic awareness classes and because he took a shot at the UFC regarding the Rampage situation and said that they were playing favorites and if he(Jesse) did what Jackson did, then he would have been banned.

IDK if they are but I thought about J.T getting dropped from the TUF finale when the whole Rampage mess broke out. After all, Rampage was in the room when J.T got "fired". Now Rampage f**ks up and nothing happened. Then again Dana said Rampage wont be back for a while.

I get where Taylor is coming from but I also get where the UFC is coming from. The UFC's position is obvious-They are playing favorites because Rampage is a much much bigger draw than Taylor and he is a top star so is would be dumb for them to drop him. This could be Rampage's second chance when he gets back but even if had another innocent that wasn't like a murder charge of something I'd bet he would be back because he sells ppvs. Then again there is doubt if Jesse is going to the alcohol awareness class like his suppose to. Basically it comes down to, Jesse Taylor life's not fair deal with it. I'm sure he can get a contract somewhere else.

Taylor is out because his fights are terribly boring. He doesn't provide any entertainment to the fans, so, naturally, no body wants to see him fight.

It really makes no sense to back a fighter who is portraying a bad image for your organization when he doesn't even benefit you to begin with. Whatever comments he made didn't get him booted. It's his boring style.

Annnnd hes just starting. Im sure he'll be an even bigger headache if he achieves an amount of success, however small that may be. We'll probably see him on EliteXc.

I hear that Affliction is asking fighters for to take paycuts as much as 50% compared to the "Banned" payouts. That is not goods new plus there are early rumors that Fedor Emelianenko might not be able to fight at the next ppv. Affliction needs to get it together.

AA vs Fedor is off and now its AA vs Barnett with as you said paycuts.
