I thought Mir/Nog was beautiful... Mir breaking down and the look on Nog's face, a lot of emotion in that cage.
I knew Forrest was hurt when it went 2 the ground, his guard was so loose. I kept thinking what the hell is he doing? He was lookin' good too, he was up 2 rds...
Felt bad 4 Wand, but i know that was some sweet vengeance 4 Page.
What do u guys think they'll do with Kongo from here? UFC is still prty thin at HW... Carwin maybe?
I was surprised with what Rogan said about Lesnar's lifestyle. Before the Mir fight I was thinking that should he somehow win then Lesnar would definitely beat him in a rematch but Mir was beast last night. The second fight is looking real good between the 2 but I still am leaning towards Lesnar.
I think Rampage may need one more win to be next in line for the title depending on what they do with the winner of Thiago Silva and Lyoto Machida fight. Forrest may get the loser of that fight or Wanderlei Silva . I also heard that Keith Jardine turned down a second fight with Chuck Liddell so who knows what is in the immediate future for Forrest and Wanderlei.
For those that think Mir looked so great, he did, but Nog made Mir look great. Nog is so out of it. He's not the same guy that faced Fedor and Goodridge bakc in the day.
You can tell Nog was going downhill from his 2nd fight against Barnett. I'm not saying he should retire, but he needs to change something up. Not his style, but conditioning and cardio.

I've never been very impressed w/Nog's standup
Completely disagree.
He has gotten slow, but the guy is a top notch boxer, and has a brutal thai clinch. He is the definition of a stand up fighter. He may not have too many tko/ko wins, but that doesn't change the fact that he has great stand up.

Anyone watch Dynamite? If you haven't, you should... I mean, holy shit, Melvin KO'ed Hunt!
Originally posted by I-DropHe was actually doing great. He shouldn't have mounted the better ground fighter. His mistake, and he got leg locked.
Alverez lost 🙁
Originally posted by Dr. Leg KickIt's still sick though. I mean the first time he's KO'ed is to a guy who weighs 194... who was moving backwards.

And Alistair is a beast, as well as Crusher.
