A KO would be a one or multiple strike to finish off an opponent.

The fight was stopped via TKO (punches).

Big difference.

Edit: Vicious? Get off Evans dick man. He's a great fighter but Forrest wasn't KO'd or even TKO'd viciously.

Again, not taking anything from Evans, the guy is a champ, but he still has much to prove in my eyes. Machida is the perfect test for him.

Calm yourself. No need for insults. I'm going by what Forrest said after the fight. Forrest's own words>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>yours. Look @the punches Evans was landing. How the fuk was that NOT vicious?

Don't take the insults personally, I hate you all equally 🙂

Your opinion, but at the end, sherdog even has it as TKO (punches). Not a KO.

The vicious aspect is, again, your opinion.

Forrest said he was out. Did you see the fight?

When did Forrest say he was out?

I remember him saying that he tapped cuz of the strikes. If he was able to tap, that means he wasn't out.

Rashad KO'ing Sean Salmon, thats an example when a fighter is out.

Did you see the fight?

Diaz gave Shamrock a beating. I want to see him fight Cung Le now, that'll be a great fight! 😄

yea Cung Le vs Diaz would make an interesting fight. Cung is getting old too, and hasn't had a fight in a long time.

Missed my point entirely.

What was your point? He wasn't tapping. Said that Rashad's punches were animating his body. He said he doesn't remember being hurt, he remembers waking up. Look, this is getting us nowhere. Let's just see how this fight turns out. I predicted he was gonna beat Chuck & Forrest & now I'm saying he's gonna beat Lyoto too. I hope it's a good fight

david Loiseau whooped that guys ass

Gotta see it. The crow used to be one of my faves until he got gunshy after the Franklin fight. If he's got his head back in it, he'll be dangerous as hell.

Someone is awfully arrogant.

Hows this then, last event, I ranked 37 of 17,000+ on UFC Fantasy

Hmmmm

as for Machida vs Rashad, it should definitley be an incredible fight. No doubt on my mind. I'll be going with Machida.

He's trained with Anderson numerous times at Legends here in Southern Cali.

He has all the tools.

Didn't know that. Did they train together b4 the Crow/Franklin fight?

Have they announced the date 4it yet?

No they didn't train before the Franklin fight. They trained when Crow was out of UFC.

Stout vs Wiman was surprisingly entertaining. Good job to Stout.

I also really liked the Cantwell vs Cane fight. I was pulling for Cantwell though.

Shogun looks like he is in much better shape, but hope this was not just because he was fighting Chuck. I really want to see him back at the top.

Silva vs Leites was quite embarrassing for Leites. He did not really seem like a guy who wanted a title shot. I understand being cautious around Silva, but he practically did not fight at all the whole five rounds. It's pretty sad when the audience starts chanting for Georges St. Pierre, who wasn't even in the fight, because they are so bored with the current bout. They even started to shout "bullshit" repeatedly. I do not blame Silva for the pace of the fight though. I would not put myself at risk when I am clearly winning every round of the fight, but this fight definitely did little to excite the average fan.

I had it Shogun KO round 1 2 min mark

Glad he won. Really want to see Shogun vs Rampage II

I completely agree, I don't understand how some fans on other forums are saying that Silva shouldn't have jumped into Leites's guard. Why in the world should he jump into the guard of man who purposely put himself on the ground? If Leites wanted to the fight to be on the ground then it is his job to bring it to the ground.

^Agreed. I understand that all fans want interesting fights but when a fighter dives to the ground for no reason more than 10 times in a fight u cant expect the Champion to put himself at risk just so u can be excited. with such tactics i think UFC should allow soccer kicks and knees on the ground. If these were allowed such nonsensical tactics similar to what Leites did would stop.

Anyone else see the post fight press conference where Chuck Liddell comes to Anderson Silva's defense?
