Batman with prep has a very slim chance. Spidersense won't be much help. Flash wins big.

I thought some fanboy would say O O spiderman so he trips him or some crap like that i guess overkill.......-sigh-

unless Batman rigs the fight beforehand he's out of it.

Spidey has a slight chance. He has defeated marvel "speedsters" before.

It basically depends on how much warning spidey's spider-sense gives him. If he can get out of the way, he eventually wins. If he can't - Flash by a mile.

Flashes speed> Spiderman's spider sense

Flash trumps any of Marvel's speedsters and has the speedforce.

Aside from anything in space, Flash trumps the Marvel speedsters. Flash has the speed force backing him. However, if this were in the Marvel universe, Flash would be significantly slower because there isn't a speed force to protect him.
