It basically depends on how much warning spidey's spider-sense gives him. If he can get out of the way, he eventually wins. If he can't - Flash by a mile.
Marvel Speedsters and DC speedsters are in completly different leauges.
Heck, I mean seriously what Marvel speedsters were there Pre-Decimation? Quicksilver, Northstar. Both of which were slow compared to even the slowest DC speedster.

I almost agree. Pending how much prep-time Bats got, he could definately have a great shot. Bats has something that makes Flash go nuts. The JLA found documents in his cave that were plans to take them all down, and each of the plans were quite impressinve. Bats plan for Flash was to make him nuts and unable to stop moving around until he would move so much he would waste away into nothing. We all know Bats shenanigans, and he knows Flash in and out. He may be able to psyche him out some way.
If you throw them in a cage, Flash by a mile. The Spider-sense won't be nearly good enough, and Bats would be down before he knew he was in a fight.
