But didn't Nightwing get killed by Luthor from protecting Bats?

wish they had saved alex luthor to suddenly pop up and be all uber powerful after doing stuff with the anti monitors dead body then he could have turned to SBP and said thanks for all your help but sadly i must let you go now and then kill him then have an epic battle with all the heros and NOT lose to superman but lose in another way something cooler.

nightwing isnt dead. OYL, nightwing is jason todd. But then dick comes back from a year long round-the-world trip with dick and tim, and resumes his role as nightwing, so there are 2 of them.

Thunderstrike was banned for being a sock of Marcus4600... an some people, including me, were hardly fans of his as he had quite the... temper... anyway, I think I was wrongand that he was actually OK really...

That's what I though! He was hit by some sort of energy weapon, his face was covered with blood, Robin was sobbing over him, Batman was on the verge of commiting murder ... and then at the end of the issue, there he is, standing on the boat! I thought it must be an alternate universe type thing, but maybe it was just bad writing.
