Thor & Giant-Man may be able to go up close and personal with him, while IronMan and Scarlet Witch (is there magic in the Ulitmate world?) distract him...may they can wear him down enough until Nick Fury calls in Hulk to finish a weakend SuperMan off? I don't know...I say 50/50 until I see more arguments...

no one in the Ultimates has the speed capable of keeping up with supes.
