Batman has a FULL arsenal, meaning everything he's ever used in a fight. And is wearing the Beyond Suit. vs. Spawn with his normal powers.

NOTE: In a crossover story Batman OWNED spawn in every fight.

If Spawn had his "normal powers", Batman would lose within the first 2.5 seconds of the fight.

I'd say 1.5 seconds. Just enough time to say "Oh fu-"

Spawn is so much stronger than Bats.
