Regardless, I already explained to you the policy about this. If a member is perm banned, then tries to sock, the sock is perm banned. But just creating a sock isn't cause for a perm ban.
If it happens again and we can confirm the sock, he's already been informed that he'll be banned.
But every user on KMC EVER has had more than one chance. We go through a warning, a temp ban, then either a 2nd temp ban or a perm ban at that point.
You want me to ban him outright simply because he insulted you. If I don't do that, you think it's unfair. But what would really be unfair is if I treated him differently than any other troublemaker on KMC just so you could have some sort of closure to your pointless vendetta.

I am annoyed at the fact that I was banned with otu question. I got no warning I got nuthing both my accounts were banned.

No, you're right, I wouldn't ask for your ban for something like this. I may not agree with the way you're handling it, but it's far less reprehensible than what we normally considering 'trouble'.
Anyway, to try and give you an answer, under your old name you had been reported multiple times over a period of time and had received a couple warnings. We have a record for each member that only Mods can see that chronicles these sorts of incidents. The fact that you didn't receive a warning immediately prior to being banned is irrelevant. With enough cause, we reserve the right to ban a person at any time, with or without warning (and it says exactly this in KMC's master rules). You had built up enough reports/warnings that it was called for.
Obviously, you're aware of the mistake in the perm ban, so it was only supposed to be temporary. That incident was unfortunately out of my hands.
So to be honest, I don't think you were dealt with any more harshly. The fact that you're still here is proof of that. And since the LoganRocks incident, nothing else has been a problem. If something else should occur, we'll deal with it accordingly. Otherwise, try to let it go.

also how did I get warnigns? my account and sock were banned right away. u did not bann one u banned them both at once thats why I don't understand how I was not treated more harshly.
