I'm not sure what you're looking for at this point. We've been over these points multiple times, and yet you keep needlessly bringing them up.
Yeah, it's probably him, but we can't confirm it. Personally, I'm always willing to give 2nd chances....you should be a bit more forgiving too, judging by how venomously you're attacking this situation. And No, we don't perm ban people just for socking. We judge each situation accordingly, and act as needed. So you got a temp ban, and Soljer got a warning. Slightly more harsh? Possibly. But at the same time, a warning and a temp ban aren't much different in terms of severity (usually it's 3 days to begin with...yours was just different because of the mistake). 3 days, in the grand scheme of things, is next to nothing.
So honestly, if all you're whining about is a warning as opposed to a temp ban, I'd tell you to grow up. KMC bans probably a member or two a day (it's a big site). And we deal with maybe a dozen warnings a week, and a few temp bans a week. And we're volunteers, not paid workers. If we had to make sure everyone was dealt with exactly the same we'd go insane.
You're still here, with the freedom to post and with a clean record. And as long as the Soljer socking incident doesn't repeat itself, he's in the same boat, with the same freedoms. Deal with it. And don't talk to me about it again.

See, that's just it. Plenty of people think I have a grudge against them or something. But honestly, no one's worth it. I don't have a problem with you or anyone else on KMC. If I did, all the problems I deal with would eventually make is miserable for me. But it's when you treat me with disrespect when I try to talk with you that leads me to say like you have to grow up...and the above quote does nothing to change that assessment.

Let me try to re-phrase. We don't ban for mocking someone once. If it persists, then yes we will. When you created your sock, you had some warnings before it. Thus, the temp ban.
And I've already apologized for the mistake with the ban (which was out of my hands, but you deal with me most often so I handled the apology) but that is seperate from this.
Soljer had the incident of 'mocking' you, and the supposed sock. Not quite as much of a history as you had, which also considers that it hasn't happened since then.
You're allowing yourself to become upset by something that is relatively small. I'd apologize, but I don't feel like I should, because like I said before, if we all had to standardize the treatment for every case of trouble on KMC, the mods would go insane with stuff like this. We do the best we can on a situation-to-situation basis.
In any case, it was never anything personal against you.

Oh mocking me was never the problem. ive been mocked far to much on these forum in the past to care about soljer mocking me. I was only annoyed at the fact he was mocking others that is one thing I do not like tolerating.
