the niners are actually a decent team. They have some good young talent, and a D that can play hard. Also the niners seem to play very hard as a team and always give it 110% unlike a lot of the other bad teams who seem to not showup. Last year the niners played Dallas and Seattle extremely close, and they certainly arnt a free game for anyone.

i mean the niners!
who loses to the niners??
im gonna kill myself

Um I figured the 49ers would win. THe Raiders are the absolute worst team in football right now. They are gonna pick first next draft. =)

i knew the niners were going to win but...
THIS SUCKS!

oh how i love page 2

LMAO

yeah funny

😆 😆 😆 😆 😆

That was pretty damn good.

so people believe me that McNair is no good yet?

They are 4-1 and he still isnt quite aquianted witht he offesne, give him time. I wouldnt go as far to say hes no good, hes in a whole new offense.

Page 2 is the best ever because it's all sarcastic, but completely true because it's not afriad to speak the truth.

yea i liked one of the lines towards the end about miami not naming a QB...

NE defenders didnt know if they needed to visualize intercepting a black QB or a white one.

Still pissed about the Super Bowl? About those 20 Steeler plays you actually see per year - I'll wait for your next analysis of a false start penalty in the first quarter on their next nationally televised game Dec. 7th versus the Browns. I'm done f*cking around with this shit. Get over your whiny, pissy, hippy, bandwagon self for the last time. God, if fans still walked around whining about the "Coin Flip" in Detroit on Thanksgiving, they'd think they were bratty imbaciles. Enough said - that explains everything in a nutshell. Let it go and concentrate on 2006 for a change.

Yeah I'm having a bad morning but I can't stand people who can't let things go. That's why I hate politics.

actually that has nothing to do with the superbowl. I dont really recall any times when a penalty should have been on pitt and wasnt called during the superbowl. And bandwagon? hippy? wtf are you talking about?
If you werent busy being upset about them losing you may recall I comment about reff blowing important class in lots of games every week, I dont single out the steelers. It just really bugs me how much the refs impact the game now a days. THe refs are supposed to be there to keep it fair not to be a deciding variable in who wins or loses.

Hines Ward is typically a great blocking WR, but on that play it was an obvious hold.. what made it worse is the announcers talking about the great block making it possible.

I'm sorry Big Ben is apparantly no where near his old self yet, but dont come in here being an ******* for no reason.

The refs and rules just bug me.. there were 2 plays that were possibly fumbles in the SD game that were ruled dead making them unable to be reviewed. Why not just let them finish the play get together make a ruling so its at least reviewable?

The celebration type penalties have got way out of hand. Moss fliped the ball to the kicker nate kaeding on the sideline after a TD and got a 15 yard penalty.. WTF!

Sure majority of calls are gotten right, and its impossible to get everything I get that. But recently in all sports there have just been way too many calls that make a LARGE if not DECISIVE impact on a game. The big problem in the NFL is its harder to overcome. In a close NBA game if you get screwed on a foul call in the final minute its a little easier to overcome, than if you lose 7 points int he final minute of an NFL game.

Yeah, I got a little carried away. Yeah, I'm pissed because there's no spark on our team (like 2003), and for some reason the whole Super Bowl XL strikes a nerve with me. The offensive pass interference catastrophe (as it would have been if it were a non-call, which IMO is just as bad...aka somebody's gotta lose) was blown so far out of proportion it was almost ruined. Almost. Anyway, sorry.

botank, your sig makes me lol

Refs suck everywhere. We just have to get used to it unfortunately. My intermural soccer team just got hosed in two straight games by the refs (one for a phantom call, the other for a missed offsides that resulted in a score). Reffing is horrible, and I think we just need to program robots to do it or something.

robots would be great... technology is the answer!

I agree, too. Hell, they have that Cyclops thing in tennis, so why not something like that for false starts, contact, and a few others in the NFL.

Digi, the sig's from a new story where a bear fell out of a tree a few year's back. I just rotated it 90 deg.
