He might do something this year, hes starting earlier than I expected but he has the weapons around him. People forget he won the heisman trophy. Plus he was the best QB in the draft.
I don't care what he won. Alot of busts have won the heisman. Alot of busts have won National Championships. So that doesn't prove he will be the next best thing this year.
Now I'm not saying he is a bust, I don't know. But going by history, Rookie QB's Struggle to do anything significant. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were the Cardinals is all i'm saying.

and the raiders would be bad with Peyton Manning. THe O-line is beyond terrible.
Oh I actually think Leinart will be very good, I was just saying that as far as college career goes it can never show true NFL potential. The Raiders thought aaron brooks would help them, there was no need for them to draft Leinart with that mindset. The raiders have great talent at WR and a very good FB/RB.. the O-line needs the most work and the D did need help so Michael Huff could be a bigg difference maker for years to come.
they wouldnt be very competitive. Look at what happened to TB at the start of this year.. playoff team turned into one of the worst in the league. Why? they have 3 out of 5 O-line man out. If your QB has no time to think and act and your RB has guys in the backfield as soon as he touches the ball.. your team cant do anything. Raiders need to adress O-line first.

What a stupid move by the Raiders to get rid of Collins for freaking Brooks.
Collins is better than Brooks but that like saying you would rather have Kerry than Bush. Collins was terrible in Oakland. There were so many overthrown/underthrown passes, not to mention a statue was more mobile.
Really, there was no QB in the free agent market who could've helped them. The main guy the Raiders were going after was Daunte who has been a disaster in Miami.

O-line first. An agile QB won't do anything. If the Raiders had Vick, he'd be injured by the second quarter.

Aaron Brooks isnt that agile. Just because hes a black QB doesnt mean he can run. Brooks has a cannon thats the only good thing. He isnt that agile his accuracy is poor, and his decision making is worse.
Moss cases too much confusion? that confuses me. He makes 1 thing simple for brooks.. I run you throw it up high to me, Ill jump up and get it.

dude i just read something that said today was a good game for young. they said he was much improved over last week. I was like can this guy be a bigger Texas homer. He was under 50% only 60 yards and 1 INT... thats a HORRIBLE game. Titans only looked good because their secondary played great and the colts have no run D.
