i dont know who told you they were supposed to compete for the super bowl but they lied to you, compete for the playoffs maybe but the chiefs already showd last year that only having a high powered offence cant get them to the superbowl, no one expected it to this year either.. i dont think they expected them to be 3-8 but either way they were a long shot bet for the superbowl.. where as Seattle was picked to go vs the patriots and may not even make the playoffs at this point and are losing to bad teams
have you guys actually watched the Eagles play this year?
I'm sure they are due for a let down before the season is over, but they are kicking the living crap out of teams. They are like 8-0 in their own conference and all of their wins are by a 10+ point margin.
Well, actually, that just speaks very poorly for the NFC, but still....
I think Philly might have actually bought the final piece to the puzzle when they aquired TO.
Philly looked real bad when going up against good teams from the AFC with good defenses, namely Baltimore and Pittsburgh. Only the Ravens' anemic offense stopped them from winning (same as this weekend for the Ravens against the Patriots). The AFC has 3-4 teams as good as Philly in the Steelers, the Patriots, the Ravens and your pick of the Chargers, Jets or Broncos.

In Philly, like it says on the schedule.
lol dont you love lazy people
as much as id like to see green bay win i dont think it will happen.. although it could
after denver lost a snow game to oaklan i now consider them crap
the nfc is a joke an under 500 team could make the playoffs (if both seatltle and st louis play bad enough) if you have 4 wins u are a playoff contender in the NFC (for the WC)
i think the best game will come down to the steelers and the patriots in the playoffs, last time no dillon and law with them things will be different although at this point steelers get home field... should be a great game
I'm going to make a prediction for the playoffs, feel free to disagree with your own ideas.
AFC (in order of seeds)
#1 Pittsburgh
#2 New England (though they could be #1 b/c of easy remaining schedule)
#3 Indianapolis
#4 San Diego
#5 NY Jets
#6 Denver (over Baltimore)
NFC
#1 Philadelphia
#2 Atlanta
#3 Green Bay (need to win this week, though)
#4 Seattle
#5 Minnesota
#6 Carolina (longshot, but hey, everyone else sucks and I don't think Eli Manning is going to get it done)

i think Baltimore can win 3 more games and it will be hard for Denver to do the same or better
minnesota might finish with a better record then seattle it will depend who wins their matchup
the rams will beat out carolina as well i think
