The Moss trade to Raider has actuallty benefited the Vikings. Yes, you lose a superstar and recieve a decent MLB a,7th pick of the draft. So it looks like Vikings lost.
But wait...

The Vikings also gained 22 million dollar in cap space from the deal that they used to get Sharper, and Pat Williams and instantly making your team a defensive minded team. And remember with that draft pick, they can get a young talented WR thats cheaper and probably less childish and then you have Culpepper, so I think the Vikings did very well with the trade.

Erict was right... The steelers had the most protected QB in the league... Let him make some plays, but keep him out of any mistakes or danger. If you are a Steelers fan...hope that Big Ben isn't the 2nd coming of Bradshaw... remember...he thought that they were gonna kick ass as soon as he took the field... but it didn't happen that way and Bradshaw hit the skids for a while.

Oh and my Cowboys?... they have more than a shot this year. They are getting back one of the best blocking tight ends in the league and one of the best receiving tight ends as well... Julius off tackle being led by one, or Julius as decoy as an opening for the other...man that makes me salivate for whats in store for defenses around the league next year 😈

I think what will make more of a difference is the somewhat impoved defence. If Henry can play for what he costed, I think the defence will regain its glory of being one of the best in the league. Ferguson should also help out considering Glover and Nguyen has never had a DT that ate up guys for breakfest.
Hopefully they draft and OLB/DE in Merrimam and get a speedy WR.
Just think, Keyshawn Johnson, Terry Glenn, Quincy Morgan, Whitten and Juluis Jones with the addition of a pure speed WR. Thats a pretty potent offense there. Just hope Bledsoe playes good and that nonbody gets injured.

OLB Johnson for sure (if he gets the far back, highly unlikely)
OLB/DE Merriman afterwords. (this is my pick)
Then a WR or DE, OLB for the 20 pick.
Three glaring needs for the Boys are WR, OLB, DE. So, with the two picks, ill bet that Merriman will be first.

i was at the orioles game monday night and it was a blow out and the guys to my right started chanting E - A - G -L - E - S EAGLES! all chearleader style where they spell it then say it. and then this dude to my left who had been yelling shit all game because the O's were sucking would alwasy respond after he started simple with just like "this is baseball" and "were in baltimore" then he got better with "cant win a superbowl" and "4 years in a row" and "cant pay TO" seeing as the game was a blowout and i had tossed a few beers back it was pretty enjoyable also because i cant stand the eagles.

i dont get the redskins whyd they give up so much for a #25 pick? and what are they gonna do with another young QB if hes even still available when it gets to them

It seems somewhat stupid. Next year Denver could get a top ten draft pick when the Skins will lose again.
But they could get two quality starters I guess, or move up and take Smith or Rogers.
The 49ers would defintly accept more draft picks than have the numero uno.

I like what the Raiders have done with the two trades. Getting rid of Buchanan for a second and a third is a steal IMO as Buchanan is very talented but is as dumb as a rock. Then trading Jolley, who wasn't going to fit into Norve's offense, for the Jets first round pic sets up getting a top defensive player in the first.

I really like what the Raiders have done this offseason. They've gotten rid of a bunch of underachieving players for arguably the best wide receiver in the game and a good running back. It's going to be interesting to see how this team turns out.

The best wide reciever also cause alot of problems in the dressing room. So, its a toss up.
Both teams won on the trades.

On the other hand, Vikings have a kick ass defense now.

I wish they took D. Johnson instead of Ware, but if he compares to Lawerence Taylor and Willie McGinist, then thats alright with me.

Detriot does have some nice WR's, but I think they're going to turn out like the Colts. A huge offensive weapon force, but with no defence. But the difference is that Harrington is not Manning, Williams/Rogers/Williams is not Harrison yet. And they dont have the QB/WR relationship like the COlts have.

The reason he dropped might because of the talent of RB's, and CB's. A WR is very important, but if you have a shutdown corner or a workhorse of RB, your team willbe better off.

But im still excited about The Boys picks. If they turn out good as expected, Dallas will have one of the best D's in the league again.

Like they said on the draft coverage, Harrington has ZERO excuses left! If they're not at least 4-4 by week 8, he might get pulled for the rest of his season (career).

Well, thats a big rough.
If it was his fault for losing those games, then yes. But if he's throwing 300 yards, 50% completions and a couple of TD's a game, then they sholdnt bench him because that defence is going to be bad.
