NFL Talk

No kidding. I'm exhausted here at work, but it was worth it.

I can't remember the last time (if ever) I saw 4 RB's get injured in a game. Very physical, but what Baltimore/Pittsburgh game isn't?

Talk about taking comments out of context. Did anyone of you actually see the interview?
The Cowboys ran 58 offensive plays. They threw it to him 18 times and let Owens run it twice on two end-arounds. Yet when asked if the ball was thrown his way often enough, Owens said: "I would say no. I'm a competitor, and I want the ball."

From ESPN.com. There was a video too but I'm too lazy to go back and find the link.

The Lane Kiffin era is finally over..

Wonder what other lackey Al Davis will hire

Any coach who gets hired for the Raiders while Al Davis is there doesn't even get a fair chance to coach.

Al Davis expects a miracle whenever he hires a new coach. The Raiders, like the Lions, have been bogged down by piss poor management. Really not fair to a coach who is expected to turn them around in one season.

The funny thing is that Kiffin seemed to be pointing the Raiders in the right direction.

Al Davis only likes coaches who get on their knees and blow him. What do you think the defensive coordinator does?

Exactly, but Davis wants his team in the Super Bowl ever year and it's not going to happen.

That's why Rex Ryan was able to stay, he blew Davis on a daily basis.

I watched the press conference and Al Davis basically threw Kiffin under the bus, then ran him over a couple times for good measure.

What was he supposed to say? I swear people just can't stop hating on this guy. If this was Marvin Harrison saying this, everyone would celebrate how good of a teammate and competitor he is, but oh since it's Terrell Owens, he's so selfish, all he cares about is his stats.

I do admit that he gets shit upon because he is TO. Especially with the referees.

But if he ever complains about not getting the ball that much, he is wrong.

Didnt see the interview so I cant really comment on it, but if he does in the future, then he is retarded. They sometimes throw to him too much.

Doesn't matter how many times he was thrown to, many were forced balls where T.O. was covered well. I'm pretty sure that wasn't the right time to throw him the ball, and that wasn't actually when he wanted it. But you can never throw to a guy too much, especially if he's the best receiver in the game. He's just a competitor, if your team loses, of course you are going to feel like you could have done more and been given the opportunity to do more.

That's the reputation that T.O. has created for himself though.

You can throw him the ball too much when is double coverered with the best CB on the team and another guy is wide open.

I just noticed I called Rob Ryan, Rex Ryan. haermm

TO is saying that the ball was not thrown his way enough, take it how you want too. I agree completley that the Media looks into it too much, but is Romo starts forcing it to TO because TO wants the ball, then the Cowboys will lose because what make the Cowboys offense so good is that they have more than just TO.

They don't need to worry about any of that this week though, they play the Bengels.

As much as I think TO is a piece of crap teammate at times and needs to get over himself. A guy like Plaxico Burress should be getting the negative attention instead, he has been far worse recently.

I just let out a cold, wet fart you guys, go Eagles! WOOOOO

Ouch! Lol
You Especially need not worry if Palmer sits out again....though I doubt either way will matter.

The funny thing is as bad as the team is, I still attest the Defense is better than it has been in the past....it still isn't good enough, but it has improved enough. If the offense hadn't recessed...we'd be in good shape. I seriously don't understand why we keep employing Bratkowski.
Plus our O-line is playing like a big piece of brown fecal matter. No wonder Palmer is playing like crap and getting hurt.

I might be wrong.

But the game against Dallas could seriously be a knock out.

So what happens to "85" if he kisses the star in Dallas like he says he will if he scores?

Also this made me think... Pacman needs to have a shit ton of $1 bills stuffed in the goal post and then when he returns an INT or Punt for a TD he needs to grab it all run to the star and make it rain! Greatest celebration ever / instant suspension.

Hahahahah....

If that was a suspension than the NFL is seriously biased.
