yea either brady is healthy and they trade him or brady isnt ready and he starts not a bad move, but they should have just given him a new 3 year deal as soon as they decided to let him start when brady got hurt. WOulda been way cheaper.
Not sure about USC taking over though Palmer and Leinart sat on the bench all year (although for different reasons)

USC QB's are taking over?
Where are they?
They franchised Cassell so they can get something back from him when they eventually trade him, or if Brady is bad.
But really, 14 million for Cassell is brutal. How the **** did he get that?
I said it wrong. I meant I love the fact that a USC QB is taking over.
But it's not far fetched, I mean, USC can legitimately have 5 QB's in the NFL next season, with Palmer, Leinart, Sanchez, Booty and Cassel. Just a great streak, but one that stops at Sanchez as there are no great USC QB's on the horizon after him.

Cassell has got to be the happiest person alive right now. He went from a career backup, hell even as an amateur he was a backup. To now being paid the average of the top 5 QB's in the NFL. His agent probably shit his pants.
