I thought he was drafted in the 2nd round. Pick 44 I believe. But yeah you're right, he is a bum. Edgerin James going to Cardinals? I doubt it, I think he'll stay in the afc south, maybe the Titans to go with Vince Young. I say that due to the fact he want's to stick it to the Colts.

The Eagle will probaly be pretty good, but there superbowl chances are pretty much gone, unless they sign someone. I heard they are trying to get Shaun Alexander.

Also I heard the Vikings are trying to get Shaun Alaxander or Edgerrin James. I wonder how Culpepper will do coming back from the injury? There is also a possibilty I heard that they would send Culpepper to the Raider. If they do that than the Raiders would be my third favorite team because they have two of my favorite players(Daunte and Moss.)

Nah, Culpeppers not going to the raiders. The only chance he has to be traded is if it's for Mcnabb. Other then that, he's staying put.

That's not what I heard.

Though, I did hear about a rumor about Culpepper for McNabb, that would be hilarious for me since The Eagles and Vikings are both my favorite teams. But they said it was just something somebody brought up as an interesting trade, and that the teams aren't talking at all.

yea the mcnabb culpepper thing was just something someone said on espn like "wouldnt this be interesting" the only official talks ive heard of were out of Baltimore which was Jamal Lewis for Daunte but I havnt heard much and I doubt it would happen.

With The way Jamal has been playing, I would hate that trade.

Why would he want to stick it to the Colts?

It's going to be interesting, but I think Culpepper will be staying in Viking territory. New coach came in, and you have on of the best QB's in the league. Why would you want to get rid of him?
They'll get RB in the draft or free agency.

Also, why would they trade for McNabb? Because they're both black?

Eagles will not give up McNabb at all.

Why would he want to stick it to the colts? You're joking right? They're refusing to re-sign him. Some one who's been amazing for them for the last 5 years, and they're refusing to resign him. You do the math.

Mcnabb wanted out of Philly. The Vikings want to get rid of Culpepper because he's atrocious. I don't believe it'll happen, but that's not what John Clayton said.

Eagles will give up Mcnabb as long as they get someone good for them. They have no loyalty to their players.

they arnt exactly refusing to resign edge, they dont have the room with the salary cap to keep him, they think keeping freeny and wayne is more important because they need D and their pass game is their strongest part.

Yes...but by signing someone over him, that is refusing to resign him in his eyes. He deserves that money, and I don't blame him for being pissed at them.

the only person who should be upset right now is alexander, i hate to say it, but edge is the most replaceable person out of those 3 for indy, and keeping wayne allows for a little extra cap wiggle room. He is very good, but hes behind a great line and has the best pass offense to make the D softer for him, hes good but others can excel there as well. Hes still gonna go get paid well.

Oh yes...I agree with you a hundred percent. I'm just saying he is pissed, and want's to stick it to indy. Right now, Titans with (pending change) Vince Young is looking awfully good in his eyes.

They kind of touched on this subject at the Pro Bowl last night; I'm just re-iterating it because I agree.

These big-name, older running backs need to be careful. I'm talking about Fred Taylor, Edgerrin James, Shaun Alexander, and Ahman Green. Teams are going after younger backs nowadays because they are showing improvement in recent years of being able to be an adequate replacement at a much cheaper cost.

I dont think alexander and Edge have to worry there too much, they are 28 and 27 respectively. Taylor is F'd because he can never stay healthy, he has always been a walking injury. Ahman is F's too because his ability has been going downhill and hes always had a fumbling problem. I think a common idea of teams nowadays is running backs are really replaceable (look at denver)

Denver always seems to have a decent Running back on the roster...I don't know how they do it. lol

The obvious reason why for years now Denver have been one of the league's best rushing teams and without having an elite back is that offensive line...Mike Anderson is far from the most talented guy in the world, but i think even JJ Arrington could manage 1200-1300 yards behind that line...Weird thing is, great run blocking is normally associated with bulk in the NFL, but Denver also have the league's lightest line...Hints that zone blocking is the way to go...

Just ask most Seattle fans who they'd prefer to have back...Pro Bowl guard Steve Hutchinson or Alexander...From what i've seen, the consensus seems to be Hutch...

Fact is, an average back behind a great line translates into better rushing production than a very talented back behind a poor line...I just hope my Buffalo Bills realize this at last this offseason...

Now-a-days yes a good line equates to a good rushing offense. But back in the days of Jim Thorpe, and Red Grange, it was all about the skill of the runner.

How the hell do you know he is pissed?
Is it known officially that he is pissed or do you just think he is, because if you were in the same situation, you would pissed.

We have no idea right now if the Colts will sign Wayne, James or both of them.

Also, when did McNabb say he wanted to leave Philly. And when did Philly say they wanted to get rid of McNabb?
If would be really dumb if either of them want to go away from Philly. The system they have is perfect for McNabb.

Man, do you make this stuff up?

Do you not hear his comments and quotes? Do you not hear him saying this is ridiculous every time he's on the microphone? Or do you just not take that has being angry?

And yes we have an idea because they simply can not afford both.

And McNabb has stated that Philly is doing nothing during this off season and he wouldn't be against a trade. Not necessarily him, but a trade for someone in general. The reason this whole Mcnabb for Culpepper came up was because Childress is the new coach of the Vikings. As most know, Childress was the Offensive Co-Ordinator for the Eagles. Mcnabb wants to be with Childress, that's why people believe he wants to be traded.

And who says anything about Philly wanting to trade him? I simply said they would trade him, not that they want to.

And don't you dare tell me I make stuff up. I'm just the messanger not the horse mouth.

Sorry, your not making it up.

When did James say this?
Officially, he knows he'll be playing somewhere else.
It doesnt really seem like he's pissed, and wants to stick it to them.

When did hoping for a trade for somebody to help his team equal too he wants out of Philly?

Your still the horse's mouth by analyzing what people say, and writing what they are thinking.
