Yeah evil Superman vs. Bad Ass Captain Marvel. Who wins this fight?

This could go both way seeing they are both vicious like a mother ****er but I don't like choosing sides alot.

Superman beat him by his skill. Which Adam doesn't has. If you want to go superman hasn't beaten Adam, the best he can do here is stalemate Ultraman.

i'm not so sure i'd go THAT far, but i think i'd take ultraman too, for a small majority. stronger and faster imo. out of curiosity--has UM demonstrated any weakness to magic?

Nah. IF Mazahs is anything to go by, UM was stronger:
