neji has fought someone with identical abilities as spidey and won so I'm going with neji on this one.

Neji doesn't have to be strong to beat spiderman. Remember he uses chakra like scalpels, he can damage organs, and pressure point without actually connecting a single punch. And I doubt Spidermans spidersence is good enough to dodge all if any of neji's consecutive superspeed hits.
And any offencive move spide can try to make would be blocked by his spinning technique. So its and obvious win for neji

Regular vegeta beats regular Sonic. If some jackass in a robot captures sonic time to time then vegeta could easily beat sonic.
SSJ 2 Vegeta Vs Super Sonic is that the Damn Sonic runs out of rings and dies by himself. I am sure vegeta could take a beating until then. I am saying if you assume Sonic ss is billions of time sfaster; if not then Vegeta could cancel the nasty rat! 😱
