I'd say the X-buster beats them all out.
Personally, I never give Pokemon a win over anything if I can help it. 😛 And Lugia has no chance in hell against Alucard. 😈
How is the Spirit Gun more powerful ? Upgraded Rasengan is so powerful it causes Cellular damage. Even if you survive the initial attack you'd be f*cked .
Hadoken only get's my vote simply because in the comics/anime he's blowing up islands with it ala DBZ.
It all matters on how weak Lugias defenses are though, he got trapped by (what is basically) a circular electric fence. If those little zaps hurt him then Alucard can certainly slice into him/blow holes through him.
Problem is though Lugia has recover.

I say the battle rages on long enough that they eventually reach a body of water and Gaara simply tosses him in during the heat of battle.

ur forgetting one very basic thing. the attacks have CHAKRA, a mystical/magical damaging component, they will kill sandman. sandman doesnt have protection frmo mystical attacks in marvel.

I have seen nothing to suggest that a mystical sand attack would hurt sandman any more then being hit with regular sand
hell I haven't seen anything that proves your it's magic so it must hurt him enough that it kills him theory. until then I stick with the 6/10.

well no u wudnt. but then again, you really think even a small attack from wonderwoman or adam warlock or dracula wudnt HURT sandman? mystical power was able to make the SURFER bleed. most non magical/non psychic characters in marvel are very velneurable to it.

not true, the only thing ichigo has going for him against naruto shinobi is flash step and possibly, invisibility due to shinigmi powers. sasuke's shaaringan nullifies both, plus sasuke is far more varied in techniques than ichigo and has more mystical power. also he is more skilled and his body flicker/super fast taijutsu counters flash step and benkai movement. he has more offensive and defensive, not to mention illusionary techniques and is overall stronger right now, as he is shippuden.{see i didnt choose normal naruto cause even though he has more power with the futon raasengan than even ichigo's bankai, his inability to see flash step and beyond level speeds effectively would make him the loser}.

Wonderwoman? no unless she was packing that sword from kingdom come that can slice atoms. A punch a from her would hurt as much as punch from spidey.
Adam warlock: as long as it isn't a transfiguration attack(turn you into steam, cat, etc) same thing goes for him.
also considering the surfer is supposed to be just a shell with power cosmic inside i more intrigued on how he actually manged to bleed real blood?
like I said until you show something where Sandman was hit a small magic energy attack and completely turned to shit then I'll stick with 6/10
