He's not. He'd get blasted in a forum fight just like any other herald. In fact, Depowered Tyrant's feats were similar actually to WM Thor's feats. Busted a team of herald level characters and had the upper hand against Thanos. Does this elevate them to abstract level? No.
Galactus > Odin > Tyrant.
Odin's feats are shitting on Tyrants.

No, both Galactus and Tyrant were blasting the hell out of each other when Tyrant was still full powered. I believe the incident you are thinking of is when depowered Tyrant confronted Galactus on his worldship, and Tyrant took control of the ship and began to suck the life force out of Galactus with it.
