The human body, especially the female human body, is a beautiful thing. What's wrong with showing it off? If you don't like it then move to a Muslim country where women are required to cover themselves from head to toe. Or maybe become Amish, Amish women cover themselves completely except for their face. You have no right to tell other people how to dress.

The fact of the matter is: There are some times when we cannot hold back our natural urges. Sometimes we want sex, and sometimes we love watching women in slutty clothes.
Anyways, depriving the women of the right to dress how they want (as long as they're not exposing the breasts, the butt or the vagina) is taking away some of their freedom. Skimpy clothes isn't that big of a deal anyways.
Also keep in mind that it although it takes one person to dress that way, it takes you to watch, care about and criticize it. Ignore it if you dont like it.
Too many girls are into that whole Bling Bling thing, same with guys. It's all about image and not trust or substance. Lots of girls just want a sugar daddy or some fit hotty so they can look good on his arm. Don't get me wrong, not everyone is like this, but it seems to be the norm with younger people. And I hate that whole "Princess' thing. Those shirts and dolls and princess parties and all that crap. It's just a lame fantasy, like every girl is a freakin' princess who should end up with her prince. Get real.
