Super Smash Bros Brawl

Well, pokemon is essential to this game.

Why else would they have pokemon as items and playable characters?

I mean, it's common sense as to why Pokemon are such a big part of Super Smash Brothers.

Pokémon is the second most successful video game-based media franchise in the world.

Mario being the first. SO yeah. Pokemon deserve their spot in Super Smash Brothers.

Pokemon is the most successful anime franchise ever released in America and the highest grossing anime franchise ever released in America.

It's also the most widely recognized Japanese created anime franchise ever released in America.

Not to mention Pokemon is the most successful Games Franchise in History.

So yeah.............I made a mistake....Pokemon are't TAKING OVER.....they've already TOOK OVER.

And Thank God for that.

Besides the Mario franchise, I doubt there's a franchise better than Pokemon.

Yea Pokemon is a pretty cut and paste old school RPG really. Its not that great. Its not bad by any stretch, but its no Mario, Zelda, Metal Gear, or Halo.....I'm joking, Pokemon is better then Halo. lol

Success does not equal quality, something that people seem to forget.

I mean, I'm still fond of Pokemon, but FFS, it's as cookie-cutter as you can get in a game.

I still prefer the red color of the Beam Sword from the previous 2 games over this blue one, but I guess it's nice to know the item itself can extend longer this time.

Other than that, no comment.

I quite like the new Beam Swords. Blue is a superior color to pink in my opinion. And the hilts actually have detail now.

Also, Link's stance with the Home Run Bat is ludicrously amusing.

Yes there are. Doesn't erase the fact that Pokemon are a big part of this game and rightfully so.

That's the whole point and this game is better for it.

And wow. Go Charizard (in the update)......seems like the Big Mushroom might make characters a little larger than previously done.

Charizard is a beast in that update. Love the Pokemon involvement in the updates as of late.

i like todays update for multiple reasons

1. The new beam swords are awesome, i dont even care that they are blue

2. I love the new bat stances

3. We dont have to get a bunch of filler updates telling us about the old items, we get only new stuff

I'm glad that the beam swords in SSBB are blue.

They look much cooler than the red ones.

I just hope that none of the characters released so far are Secret Characters.
