*Cough* Yoshi's shield is an egg so why not a box for Snake ? MetaKnight and Pit look totally sweet and I can't wait to see what modes they will come up to use the special capabilities of the Wii controller !
Sephiroth would be a great character also, like in Ehrgeiz, being able to cast Comet on people ! 😛
And what about Conker ? He was in Diddy Kong Racing, why not in Super Smash Bros ???
They aren't using the Wii remote. It's being designed with the GC controller, and yes, Yoshi's god awful Egg is his shield, so why not snake's box? He could instantly toss it over his head pulling it out of nowhere. It IS Smash Bros afterall people. And yes, I agree, the new modes should be interesting.

I don't know about Conker, after Bad Fur Day, they would just butcher him making him "Teen" proof.

Yeah, and also he belongs to Microsoft now...And I thought at least one mode would use the Wii controller like a mini-game or something.
Yeah, that is quite interesting though. Considering Rare put the Donkey Kong Country trilogy remakes on GBA though. GBA IS a Nintendo system, and DKC was, and still is acredited by Rare/Ware and Nintendo.
I can't wait for the Wii and Brawl to come out. Online gameplay! New characters and even old characters. This is going to be cool. Wii has all the coolest launch titles: Twilight Princess and Super Mario Galaxy. Yeah and PS3 is bragging about that piece of **** controller they have which can turn certain objects 6 directions.

I don't see how the controller is bad, the Ps controller was always perfect, and now it's weightless and can turn in said directions.
I think all the controllers seem decent this round, the 360's seems better then XBox, Ps3 being weightless, and Wii being the most original.

The Controller LOOKS the same as the ps1 & 2 AND ITS NOT "perfect" Its ugly and they should change it!!! (who gives the shit about its weight?)

I'm so sure it isn't perfect considering how easily every button is accessable, and it's quite comfortable unless you play with it sideways, unlike the XBox's ridiculous set-up, and the GameCube's tiny d-pad. It's the best controller since SNES, well probably Nintendo's Retro controller is as good. Yes, a controller is "ugly" considering it's a person, and no controller has been "weightless" for your information since Rumble paks and the such came out. So that is interesting to me considering I'll take a light controller like I miss from SNES days, then a brick to hold in my hands.

So? all other controls in the world is nicer to hold than the PS controllers.. Especially Game cube and Xbox
Nintendo 64 wasn't that comfortable, I admit I was holding the left and right handles for a good week before realizing how it was meant to be held.
XBox's analog sticks are too far apart. GameCube's d-pad is murder to use, and I do love the system. It's impossible to play games like 007 on GameCube with that small d-pad.
I don't see how a perfectly rounded controller like the Playstation controller is so horrid to hold.

That was just me, you may of very well knew right away how to handle it. It was such a jump for me from Genesis/SNES to N64. I didn't get a Playstation until I played Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil 2. I felt so much more comfortable playing on the Ps1 dual shock controller then the N64 one, at least I did.
