Anyway, besides the 3 characters from the Mario Universe, there are 2 Characters from both the Pokemon and Kirby Universe. Only 1 from the rest.

So, I'm predicting that the last third party character won't be revealed in announcements, and if it's not a supporting character in the game, will take Game and Watch's place in the last game as the final unlockable character.
I'm slightly surprised that right after a delay announcement, they would give away Shiek/Zelda's final smash and the character in one go. But it seems clear they'll waste an announcement on Shiek's move set with pretty pictures, so I suppose that makes up for it.
Still rooting for Paper Mario and Krystal to be in this game. After that Ridley, etc.
I'm doubting anymore characters will be announced because now, counting Shiek and Zelda as one character, it's a perfect 12 and 12, and it seems that they intend to keep it even.
At this point it seems like a relatively small amount of items were announced. I expected more drops/improvements of other items, but I could be proven wrong still.
I'll post more thoughts later.

This game is looking great. They did a good job with Olimar's moveset imo.
Anyone else think that elemental attacks are going to have relative attack strengths in this game? With Pokemon Trainer and the description of Olimar, it seems like a possibility. I don't know how far it would apply (an attack against a normal character like Mario shouldn't be affected any more or less), but it'd add a new wrinkle to gameplay for some characters and ensure that every character has a weakness.
