In the south eastern of Northern Territory where crocodile and white shark habitats intersect a struggle has been observed between a shark and a saltwater crocodile some 500m of the coast by fisherman and later the crocodile was tracked down to the shore. Scientists searched the stomach of the reptile with a technique without killing the animal and recovered shark meat and teeth. After diagnosis they concluded that the teeth belonged to a great white shark of at least 4m in size.
