I don't know who Shimmra is, but Shimrra vs. Ragnos could go either way...and Luke probably>Ragnos, main;y due to the sheer examples of skill and power he's displayed, his stated power and that he keeps getting stronger.

Ragnos is greater than Kun, for sure. Kun is not weak link though.

Ragnos is a bit better than luke, but because luke is not insane like Shimrra, he can be beat via the force.
