rate a character out of 10

well we say a character and rate him out of ten for his actual..self who he can beat ect, just how good he is choose somone for us to rate then,

or ill start with cap galcatus and all r 10 + try normaol heros and villains

I'm assuming you mean some kind of "overall rating," taking all factors into account (eg, power, appearance, personality, origin, flaws, etc)? I mean, if you are, this could be an interesting and challenging task. I would even add, that if you don't give a character a 10 (and who would be a 10?), state why. Actually, if you give a character a 10, state why.

Rate a character on how great of a hero he is. on a scale of 1-10. And why you gave him that grade we start with Captin America.
