its hard to sum up the likes of Namor, cuz his nation doesnt print currency and they dont trade with the surface world so its hard to put an exact value on what he's worth. i half remeber in the old namor comics from back in the stan lee and jack kirby days that most of his wealth came from treasures from ships that have been sinking for hundreds of years, that he and his ppl have been pilfering off the ocean floor, and all the previous monarchs before him have been doing the same. but if i was forced i would still put him at #1.
#2 is easily T'challa, even tho other than a few vibranium deposits here and there his country doesnt really trade with outsiders too much either, so again an exact number is hard to place, but he is monarch of a country where there is no disease or poverty, and very little crime, so you gotta figure that in a country where everybody has jobs tax dollars must be rolling in real vicious.
#3 a distant third would have to be Doom cuz he's a smaller version of wakanda, and all he does is redirect latveria's resources to help him realize his goals. then he turns around and takes care of his ppl like they were pets. the whole country is practically automated. from the police force to servo bots that do all the mundane tasks like farming, cleaining the streets, even the executions. there are a few farmers and shop owners here and there, but thats about it.
#4 is reed, but as far as personal fortunes go(meaning not backed up by your own nation) he is #1 . yeah the govt. seized all his assets and it wittled down to a meager sum. so much so that they had to slum it out in an old apartment...but still, just to give you a perspective of how rich this guy is, after he lost everything he immediatley bounced back with patents from new inventions, but thats not the crux of it. bcuz he didnt have legal auhtority over Ben's share of FF enterprises, he couldnt relinquish it to the govt. something like 25%, and even then ben's share put him on par with bill gates(remember ben sent bill a picture of his ass crack, to say that there's a new billionaire in town)
#5 is obviously stark, both in 616 and in the ultimates it says that he's worth over 300 billion nuff said. so that puts him at #2 in the "personal fortune" department.
the rest of the top 20 would be rounded out by idiots like pym, normon osborn, justin hammer,kingpin and graviton, you could also throw in xavier in there too and yes Ben Grimm. and that long time avengers foe named Imus Champion. his tag line is that he is the worlds 5th richest man. Moon knight may have a small fortune but i dont think he's a billionare yet. all his money came from being a mercenary, and that coupled with a handful of investments just cuased interest to accrue.
I'll make the DC list short.
#1 The same thing can be said about Aquaman for namor, with the excpetion that he does trade with the surface world(that is, when he's not exiled from his kingdom......again!)
#2 definatley batman, not only was his family fortune vast b4 he took over, he has also bought myriads of companies that were once considered the largest _________ company in America[software, cable, telecommunications, construction etc.,] b4 he merged them with Wayne Enterprsises
#3 used to be lex luthor, but after he was ousted as president his fortune came down to 50 million. and talia who was acting as his CEO liquidated all his assets and sold lexcorp to who?....you guessed it. bruce wayne. but who knows what kind of money he's tossing around now.
other idiots include Sivana, Green arrow, and black adam. and who knows, with all the non stop, successful hit jobs he has done im sure deathstroke is on that list too. seeing as how he is offically the highest paid Merc in DC. maybe he invests just like moonknight
