ROTS Anakin vs. General Grievous and Jango Fett

Started by DarthSaboteur3 pages

It went like this: Syfo Dyas goes to Kamino, does his shizzle. Everything's goin' all cool 'til Dooku --sent by Sidious-- pwns him, then he uses Jango Fett as the clone template and everything goes from there.

well, grievous almost killed ki adi mundi and would have had the ARCs not shown up and he took on 5 jedi at once which in my opinion is almost equivalent to fighting mace, but when grievous fought on the train in laberynth of evil his computers adapted to maces fighting style, but mace barely got out a force push, and Jango would have faired much better against mace had he had more than just a pistol

Jango and Grievous win. I can't see Anakin blocking SIXTEEN lightsaber strikes a second. I just can't....

Well, Durge did say that Anakin was the fastest Jedi he'd ever "killed" (even though Durge ended up burning up in a star), and that includes Obi Wan.

How does that include Obi-Wan? he never killed Obi-Wan.

Oh, stupid me, I was thinking he meant thought. Anakin is probably faster, though.

Yes, because he fought Anakin 5 months before ROTS and he fought Obi-Wan 4 months after AOTC. I doubt anyone'd deny that Obsession Anakin could beat 4 months after AOTC Obi-Wan.

True, true. But the fact remains that Durge saying that does say a lot for Anakins' speed. He could probably keep up with General Greivous for a little while in a lightsaber fight, probably long enough to get a force push against him. However, with Jango there, he'll be shooting every opportunity he gets. Anakin would be shot by Jango when trying to get rid of Greivous, or chopped by Greivous when making an attack against Jango.

Adding to my arguement that I made on the first page, I'd like to agree with however said that it depends on how far away they are, and if anyone said anything about location, I agree.

If they are far away, Anakin could probably Force-Crush the helmet of Jango, or do something to get rid of the weapons. He could probably also toss Jango at Grievous, who would either chop up the helpless bounty hunter to avoid being hit, or move away, making himself vunerable to a Force-Push on Anakin's part.

Jangos helmat is mandalorian armor. he cant crush it. Jango, in all his armor, weighs a lot! anakin was never shown to force push anything heavy from many feet away. No the duo wins.

However his force push is shown to equal Obi-Wan's in ROTS, and Obi-Wan sent Grievous flying. I say Anakin does this with the force quite easily.

Obi wan was two feet away from GG. If he tries that on Jango or GG than he would be instantly killed by the other one. They both have amazing reflexes.

Oh. Okay, well.... 😮

Anakin snatches his guns, then crushes (?) Jango's rocket thing! 😄

Anakin can't keep up with Grievous in a straight lightsaber fight, especially with Jango blasting away at him. He just can't block like Obi-Wan can.

anakin couldnt even kill padme. HE IS NOT THAT STRONG IN THE DARKSIDE YET. if he cant crush a throat he cant crush a very strong jet pack.

Ummm sarcasm? (sorry if it was hard to pick out though!)

He ripped through durastell with the force when he was still a padawan. As of ROTS he could crush a jetpack, but the opportunity probably wouldn't be given to him.

When?

www.swcomics.com won't work for me right now, so I don't have a link. Anyway, it's Republic Comics #50, Defense of Kamino. When Anakin, Obi, Shakk Ti, and an ARC trooper are defending the third generation of clones. Look it up, maybe it'll work on your computer.

And Grievous is going to sit there while Anakin makes feeble attempts to crush Jango's helmet?

Excellent, if sarcastic point. It really depends on how far away everyone is
