Craig is interesting because he's a devout Christian and an uncommonly skilled debater (so much that many at least one atheist website grudgingly asserts that he wins all of his debates with atheists). Sam Harris, a noted atheist and scientist, says that [Craig] puts "the fear of God" into Harris's fellow atheists.
This kind of flies in the face against what is normally found, so it's interesting.

Don't take the LIMB clinic upgrade chip in Hensha. If you do, you lose control of your augments during the battle.
Second, there's a laser rifle in Tong's hideout in the sewers. Grab it, keep it. You can really lay down the smackdown on him with that, even without serious mods.
Third, it's worth your while to invest in inventory mods for the hardest difficulty playthru. That way you can use the stockpiled shotgun shells, rocket launcher from the Belltower port in Hengsha, and the boatload of stungun darts you should have left.
EMP grenades. Hoard em for bosses.
If you didn't keep adequate saves and you are simply being overwhelmed by Namir's ninja ass, consult the sole FAQ on Gamefaqs.com. It's stealth-oriented.
