Well Star Wars always has been more Fantasy than Science Fiction. Remember the Cave? Pretty much magic imo.
True, because Science Fiction is fantasy. But only in recent years has it become about magic. It was always very subtle and underplayed by comparison--A Force push in the PT as opposed to raising an undead zombie army and practicing voodoo magic in TCW.

Well I can't really argue with that. I guess its the same thing that pisses people off about midichlorians, only instead of shedding the Force of its mysticism its giving it too much.

Personally neither bothered me that much.

The magic gets to me, but the midichlorians don't. If anything, they take the opposite route. The new stuff is blending the Force with Harry Potter magic, while the midichlorians are trying to blend it with science via biology.

Star Wars has always been both Fantasy AND Science Fiction. Remember the definition of the Force in ANH: "The force is an energy field.." So a kind of scientific explanation to a Jedi's powers, but at the same time there was definetely something more to it as well, hence the force ghosts and afterlife.

Does Zonakin ever appear other than against Dooku. And why the fvck is futa even mentioned.

He goes into "the Zone" in the first episode of the Mortis trilogy when he telekinetically controls the son and the daughter.

So, this has been bothering me for a couple hours now.

My question to you, my Sons, is this. Do I allow the man to recite my essay to the class, inadvertently putting me in the position of teacher's pet and earning the ire of my beloved classmates, or do I shine the knob of my English professor and bask in the glorious hate of my beloved classmates.

I have until tomorrow morning tor respond. @.@

**** the rabble. You can care what they think from your brain-throne. Show them your skills and make it clear to them how impotent they are before you.

F*ck the rabble. But play it nonchalant.

definitly let him read it.

Has anyone here watched We Need to Talk About Kevin?

so if you had trouble coming, epic end of the world sort of trouble, but you don't know what form, what character from fiction would you want on your side? Superman? Q? Dumbledore? Luke? Neo?

Supes.

Jesus.

also, why does obama gotta make gas cost so much? when gas was so high during bush's term, it was all bush's fault, right?

yeah, the national average for a gallon of gas was 1.78 on inauguration day in 2009.

According to Gideon the new book implies that Luke and Krayt are similar in power.

I love when people use that as an argument. Gas prices fluctaute wildy. Hell 6 months before that the national average was above 4 dollars.
