No, you really haven't. What I've definitively proven is that you did not have the trainer open but did rather have the link to the full game (or Ultimate edition) open. Whether you pirated it or not is arguable but you're not building your case well by lying and having freshly purchased the game on origin.

This most likely means you bought a game to try and clear your name when you were already at a point where that was not possible, due to the fact that you had the Ultimate edition open in your browser and were obviously intending on pirating the game or it's DLC, at that point.

By the way, spending money to actively cover up a lie that you've committed is the epitome of pathetic. Seriously.
