What else does being dumb have to do with than being educated? Seriously. What else could it possibly mean. Did you honestly believe I was implying that Americans are genetically unable to learn what everyone else in the world can? And while America may be the a great place to get a higher education, none of that matters if a child can not learn things in their earlier years. You could argue that America has the best higher education system. That completely disregards that it's lower education systems are lacking. You could argue that college enrollment is at an all time high, ignoring that dropouts are as well. College within itself is a business here, where as in Europe it is a standard. Finally, there's the fact that China outnumbers us, by almost a billion, and yet still outranks us in general education. My point being, the people who actually vote in America, about 40% of us, would probably actually look at the details of policies if they actually understood them. And they would understand them more if they were actually educated to understand them. Obamacare is done terribly, yes. Are people wrong for hating it? No. But I'm going to ask you, generally speaking, how many people have you actually met that hate Obamacare because of that reason? Honestly? Not a poll, any one you've actually met.
