It was the predominant economic theory when I was in college and majoring in economics. There was a small amount of classical ideas mixed in, and virtually no Austrian ideas.
Keynes general theory is probably still the predominant economic theory in teaching, because it is still among the most influential theories in certain fields (especially politics) and it is rather easy to understand most of the concepts featured. Yet, I don't think you can reach any degree in economics without being confronted with classical / neoclassical / postkeynesian / "neokeynesian" theories and concepts.
How much of them is applicable to recent development of markets (e.g. "new economy"😉 and especially some stunts performed in the financial sector and at the stock markets, remains to be seen. Much of modern economy not coupled to "real" production appears to be a great casino where games are played that have nothing to do with "common sense" any longer. One of the reasons, I could punch every "stock market expert" on TV in the nuts, once the "economic predictions" start... 😉
Parts of the Austrian school appear to be capable of explaining those latter parts of economy better. Especially the "Neo-Austians" like Rothbard (bit extreme, probably) and Kirzner (more to my liking).

There is stealth capital ship it exist... So I have a question Thrawn with 3 stealth ISD with long range turbo-laser eqquipped with higly rafine tibena gaz that provide them steal shots, and 2 victory I with driller missile eqquipped with cloaking device..
A driller missile is an autoguided cortosis shell propulse with ghauss canon (electromagnetic artiellerie...) cappble of piercing the shield and the hull to cause insane interior dammage however the cost of such munition is really high...
Against the entire imperial army. Who win????

It's too bad Janus isn't still around. Visiting that page would probably make him kill himself.
Jupiter Ascending- the first non Star (Blank) space opera on the big screen in a long time!
A bit teen romance in the leads (girl gets hot badass space boyfriend), setting is a bit Dune, a bit Fifth Element. Action is Wachowskis and thus very, very good. Not top-grade space opera but I quite liked it!

Not a real honest calc. The time it takes for the player to make my annual salary seems to only be about game time . Not practice tim or real world time.
Still absolute bull shit though.
