tbh, there's no doubt that Peyton loses to Cam. He's a shell of his former self. That defense would have to hold the Panthers to less than two touchdowns, and it's not happening. That said, I'm saying Peyton getting two SB's in supplement to his incredible statistics and intellect of the game would put him in the top 3 QB's. For me, he's probably the 5th best QB ever.

Peyton, top 5 all-time as of now? I have Brady, Montana, Otto and Unitas above him. Peyton is prolly 5, yeah. With Elway, Brees, Starbauch, Rodgers and Favre rounding out the rest.

In terms of pure regular season dominance, he's #1 and it's not really close (Rodgers simply hasn't played long enough.) Winning another SB would look incredible next to those records.

Postseason it what matters, though, LAL. The fact his stats take such a dip were it matters the most, is telling enough. Also, it's nearly impossible to compare his stats to guys like Otto and Johnny U, anyway.

Do people also forget that Brady's stats drop in the postseason, or is that just me? What about Rodgers? And it's really hard to rank Otto above Manning for me. I don't mean to era discriminate, but the 40's is a long time.

Rodgers stats doesn't drop to a significant amount, last I checked. He is still in the high 90-100, as far as rating goes, IIRC. As for Tom, his rating doesn't drop as much as Peyton, tbfh, though he himself has some major choke jobs in the playoff, though the 4 championships is hard to argue against.

As far as Otto goes, dude was a winner, deadly accurate and freakishly athletic----it's legit garbage to ignore him.
