I'm looking at the recent Trump vs. Clinton polling and lol'ing at the people who said Clinton had a better shot against Trump than Sanders. Trump is right on Hillary's ass.
I honestly doubt that. There's certain lines of attack Trump couldn't use with Sanders such as "he's corrupt / bought!" which is a massive advantage people view Trump having over Hillary, and Bernie is arguably more of a populist than Trump. Plus, Bernie leads Trump by over 10 points nationally.
The best chance Trump would have is spewing "he's a socialist!!1!!1" enough for people to freak out and not vote for Bernie. But I think there's equally effective campaigning methods Sanders could theoretically use.
And hell, at least Bernie isn't actively being investigated by the FBI, lol.
Originally posted by BeniboyblingLargely depends on how the FBI investigation goes, who Hillary chooses as V.P. (hopefully she chooses one that brings in the disenfranchised Bernie supporters) / how peaceful the Democratic convention is, and what the polling looks like after Hillary actually gets the nomination so we can see what direction November is heading (and so she isn't fending off both Trump and Bernie at the same time like she is now).
Who do you think will win Joker? 🙂
Electorally, I can't picture her *not* winning Florida and Nevada. After those states she only needs one more big state (Virginia, perhaps) and a smaller state (Iowa, Wisconsin, Colorado) then she wins. Trump needs a lot more swing states. But overall this election has so many variables it's really hard to predict at this stage (won't stop me tho cuz it's fun).

A swing State that is definitely swinging for Trump.

They're individual polls averaged out on Huffington Post, I don't think the polls themselves were strictly conducted online

Gimme your sources that shows Trump's victory over Clinton in NC likely 🙂
I accept your concession.
