Scotland has the infrastructure to function as a sovereign state though, as long as it joins the euro. That's quite different to Texas.

Texas gives more money to the US than the US gives to Texas, so I'd say Texas has the economic side down, and Texas operated as its own sovereign state for years prior to joining the US.

That being said, leaving would be ****ing stupid.

Texas has all it needs to be its own country, including power grid. We just don't let them. Isn't that right, DMB?
