I thought about this match up today, actually. I think Kit wins because of superior stat and dueling feats.
I almost died.
The Cestus Deception has Kit Fisto just above AotC Obi-Wan. Revan meanwhile canonically outduelled Star Forge amped Malak without mines.

He's grown in power considerably since KotOR; I think even the novel Revan notes as much, and when he pwns Nyriss he's at his peak.

I guess his SOR feats are technically the best, from bringing himself back from the dead via sheer will and essentially keeping a corpse alive throughout the arc, along with being on the winning end of fights against:
1. The Ops Strike team
2. The Terrace strike team, (which featured the HoT, Marr, Satele, Lana Beniko, Theron Shan, and various other non force users).
Though Valkorion is a whole different animal, yeah.
