Yeah, neither of them are bugged. KotOR 2 is unfinished, but that's another story.

Never encountered a bug or glitch besides some random shit like some misplaced item on a map, or having problem selecting an item sometimes for 20 seconds, but that's normal everywhere.

I actually had problems with the cutscenes; I had to go into the .txt file and deactivate them, lest the screen black out as I was escaping from Taris and make me replay the whole goddamn area.

Didn't happen for me.

I experienced the same issue as Sas plus my character is unable to move after intermittent fights, forcing me to save, exit, and reload.

I had no issues with Republic Commando or any of the Mass Effects. Just KOTOR.

I had the issue with stopping as well, but it was much rarer than you're making it sound.
