well obama was still a man so it was only a half victory. also the reason why obama got to power was because of minorities and young people turning up in large numbers who are not white supremacists and sexists . they didn't turn up in this election because there were lies spread about hillary to demoralize the base and prevent a woman president. also the republicans spent the last 4 years demonizing obama and it seems half the country was fine with that so just electing a black guy doesn't make the racism and sexism go away. it is clearly still present in are nation.
