Let's take the example of a heterosexual male, such a person has their sexual instinct predisposed towards the opposite sex at a very early stage. And there is no evidence I'm aware of, scientific or otherwise, that suggests this biological impulse is made biased towards any one ethnicity.

Yes, as a result of one's upbringing, it stands to reason that you'd develop preferences towards certain races and colour, for example if you grow up in a largerly white environment you'd be more attracted to white people, and vice versa. However to be entirely unattracted to the body of an entire ethnicity of women, wholesale, would be a subversion of your sexual instincts. And in that sense, yes, biologically perverse. You'd have to have developed some kind of complex powerful enough to essentially suppress that instinct, like a phobia, be it triggered by a traumatic experience or a irrational, racist attitude. Not just a disinclination to "slitty eyes".

In fact given that, I expect the number of straight men who fit into this formula are extremely low, and if they are, are probably easily to identify as out and out racist or racially phobic. Take Ziggy for example, but of course he's probably lying.
