So. Firstly what I'm about to say doesn't mean I'm bestbuds! With LS!dmb I just kinda wanna share cuz of boredom.
I wanna retract my comments about Marijuana before. After speaking with some friends. I can see why it's beneficial. In fact i think that if I wanted to and if i was in the same situation as my friend. I'd probably smoke marijuana and Cigars just to let my stress go. I think if It weren't for... My high stress tolerance(is that a thing?) I guess? I would do it too. Dmb was right, calling Pot stupid is unfair. I'm beginning to be more tolerant towards people who smoke. They all got their reasons for doing it as I'm learning. Although I loved using the anal sex analogy against dmb. It was exquisite. 😄
Kurk's insignificant review and critique of Rogue One
Pros:
- Awesome choreography
- + Amazing fighting scenes at both land and space (genuinely impressed)+
- ++Female lead was not a Mary Sue and was actually likable++
- Interesting characters in general
- +Original plot line that wasn't ripped off from the OT (in general)+
- Impressive music score considering John Williams wasn't behind it
- Great animation; I was doubtful that Tarkin was one at times
- +++NO OBVIOUS POLITICAL STATEMENT/AGENDA APPARENT+++
The bold move to deviate from the traditional Star Wars opening crawl went pretty well actually in my opinion. It makes sense too since Rogue One isn't a traditional film in terms of lack of true force practitioners as the leads.
Death troopers were BADASS (the radio com chat seemed a bit out of place though)
Director Krennic was BADASS (his cape makes him look a complete tool though imo but he ultimately is one; doesn't look good on imperial officers)
CONS:
- some awkwardish moments (comic relief was much better than TFA though; no cringes)
- some inappropriate use of the score IMO
My biggest gripe was how they killed off everybody. Though I could see how this might be necessary, I see it more as a half-assed lazy attempt of a proper ending by Disney. Plot hole?
Neutral comments
- I like how the Rebellion is not portrayed so much as the fluffy altruistic people we see in the OT and Rebels show. Much more respectable
- Vader is shown to be a complete pansy ass-***** in his lightsaber technique near the end. I mean honestly wtf was that? Savage Opress would have come off as more refined seeing the barbaric hash and slack technique Vader employed against laser deflection.
Final Verdict: It's not bad. Leagues better than TFA IMO. Disney learned a bit from last time.

Not really. They were trying to match his look in ANH but they failed. The suit was too loose and bouncy, his arms looked really weird, and he was far too polished (ANH Vader is dull not shiny). This was easily the worst Vader suit yet.
