Yeah, it's my 5th favorite of the SW movies now.

And I liked all of the movies, even TFA though if it hadn't been a SW movie I probably would have waited till it hit the cheap theaters.

Well, I'm pleased to find that you appreciate the tragedy of RotS.

btw, TPM was shit

I actually liked TPM tbh.

The only kind of decent part of the plot was the scene where Padme tricked the Trade Federation forces that were looking for her into thinking she was the decoy.

I thought Liam Neeson did a fine job portraying Jinn and kid who played Anakin wasn't as bad as most people like to complain he was. Actually I thought the entire ensemble was well cast the only really unnessecary character being Jar Jar and the gungans.

The Boonta Eve Classic scene was retarded. So was Maul's dumbfounded hesitation. And the fact that he survived.

Then there were the issues of the god-awful double-bladed lightsaber (at least a crossguard lightsaber has the argument of not hindering your range of motion) and midi-chlorians.

What was so bad about it?

His hesitation?

And his survival was an addition and not something that happened in the movie.

The double lightsaber already existed in the EU and its function has been explained in universe. Midichlorians were unnessacary but I don't see why so many people got their panties in a twist over them.

I've honesttly never understood the issue with midi-chlorians. It was simply a way to quantify just how strong the force was with Ani. And maybe a way to justify why he's not as powerful as he should have been later.

But it never took away the mystic nature of the Force, which even in ANH had a scientific aspect/explanation to it (an energy field).
